After two days we have had this lovely bath installed… The fitter has been a most conscientious and considerate worker, thoroughly professional and helpfully informative.

The bath itself was installed with a minimum of fuss… Not only did he do a splendid job of installing the bath he also cleaned up so well afterwards.
The optional powered seat is available to gently lower and raise the bather at the touch of a button.
An inward opening door so stepping in and out of the bath need no longer be a danger to those with limited mobility.
We offer a full bathroom design and installation service, incorporating contemporary fully fitted furniture and complemented by our wide range of wall and floor coverings.
What is a P-shaped walk-in bath?
An L-shaped bath is wider at one end, which gives you room to stand and shower there while the rest stays a full-length bath. The Paradise uses that shape so one bathroom can serve someone who bathes and someone who prefers to shower.
Can I shower standing up in the Paradise?
Yes. The wider end of the P shape is there to give you space to shower. That makes the Paradise worth considering for a couple where one person needs the walk-in bath and the other has no trouble standing under a shower.
Which way does the Paradise door open?
Inward, with a secure locking mechanism. An inward opening door does not need clear floor space in front of it to swing into, which is why the Paradise works in narrower bathrooms where an outward door would hit the basin or the wall.
Why does an inward opening door help in a narrow bathroom?
Because the door swings into the bath rather than out into the room. You do not have to keep a clear arc of floor in front of it, so the bath can sit closer to other fittings and the walkway past it stays usable.
What is the Simple Lift powered seat?
It is an optional motorised seat that gently lowers and raises the bather at the touch of a button. It is worth considering if lowering yourself onto a fixed seat has become difficult, or if a carer is currently taking the weight by hand.
What happens to the powered seat in a power cut?
The Simple Lift seat is battery backed, so it can still be raised if the mains supply fails while you are in the bath. Ask at your survey how the battery is charged and checked, so you know it is being maintained properly.
Can I have a spa in the Paradise?
Yes. The hydrovescent spa massage system is available as a luxury option, along with a chromotherapy system. Both are added at the point of order rather than retrofitted later, so raise them at your free design appointment if you are interested.
What is chromotherapy?
Chromotherapy uses coloured light in the bath as part of the bathing experience, and is offered as an option on the Paradise. It is a comfort and relaxation feature rather than a medical treatment, so treat any health claims made elsewhere with caution.
