After two days we have had this lovely bath installed… The fitter has been a most conscientious and considerate worker, thoroughly professional and helpfully informative.

The bath itself was installed with a minimum of fuss… Not only did he do a splendid job of installing the bath he also cleaned up so well afterwards.

Easy-access door and comfortable contoured seat
With our low-threshold doors, stepping in and out of the bath is safe and easy.
Will the Assure fit where my old bath was?
In most cases yes. The Assure is designed to fit most standard bath areas, so it can usually go in the space your current bath occupies. The free home survey checks the measurements, the floor and the pipework before anything is ordered.
How deep is the Assure compared with a normal bath?
The Assure is smaller and deeper than a conventional bathtub. Because you sit upright on the contoured seat rather than lying down, the water covers more of you. Premier Care do not publish a depth figure, so ask at your survey if it matters.
What is a self-sealing bath door?
It is a door that seals itself as the bath fills rather than needing you to tighten a handle or a clamp. The Assure uses one, which means you are not relying on hand strength to get a watertight seal before the water goes in.
Which way does the Assure door open?
The Assure has an inward-opening door with a low-level access step. Inward opening means the door does not need clear floor space in front of the bath to swing into, which helps in a bathroom where the basin or toilet sits close by.
How is the water temperature controlled in the Assure?
Through thermostatically controlled mixer taps, which hold the water at the temperature you set. That removes the scalding risk from a sudden change in the supply, which matters in a walk-in bath because you are already seated inside when it fills.
Does the Assure drain quickly?
The Assure uses a dual waste, meaning two outlets rather than one, so the water goes faster. In a walk-in bath that is a practical safety point as well as a comfort one, since the door cannot be opened until the bath has emptied.
Can I add a hydrovescent spa to the Assure?
Yes, the hydrovescent spa massage is available as an option on the Assure. If you want the spa included as standard rather than as an extra, look at the Assure Premier, which comes with it. Compare the two at your design appointment.

We have recently had a bath with shower fitted. The installers were Pate & Pauline. The work was very good and most important, the description of how it all works was given in detail. So, we knew exactly the operation. They are good workers. Joyce & Alan Chester
Very pleased with Premier Care in bathing , the service was excellent and the fitters were very professional and cheerful. We are delighted with our bath with seat and spa.
