Does the Revive have a shower door?
No, the Revive is a doorless design with a fixed panel to one side. There is nothing to pull open or step around, which suits anyone using a frame or a stick. It also makes it easier for a carer to help from outside the shower.
How does the Revive stop water splashing out?
The fixed panel takes most of it, and there is an optional splashguard that opens and closes easily when you want fuller coverage. The splashguard swings clear again, so the entry stays wide open when someone needs to walk straight in.
Can I use a walking frame in the Revive?
Yes. The ultra low access tray and open entry are designed with walking frames and sticks in mind. There is no door frame or raised lip to lift a frame over. Check the internal size with your surveyor so the frame fits comfortably once you are inside.
What finish does the Revive come in?
The Revive has a chrome finish, which suits most bathroom colour schemes. Wall panel and surround choices are made at your free design appointment, so you can see the options next to your existing flooring before you decide anything.
Is the Revive tray slippery when wet?
No. Slip resistance is built into the tray rather than added as a mat or coating on top, so it does not wear off or peel up at the edges. Grab bars are fitted as well, giving you something solid to hold while you move about.
Does the Revive come with a seat?
Yes, there is a choice of folding seats. Sitting down removes the need to balance while you wash, which is often the main worry for people who have had a fall. The seat folds up flat when someone else in the house wants to shower standing.
What is the splashguard option on the Revive?
